I have totally missed Prezi. Looks cool. Reminds me of Joshua Blakes Mix10 presentation, which he called NaturalPresentation.

This weekend I will work on a presentation and I am abandoning Powerpoint i favour of Prezi this time. Their UI borrows a lot of NUI ideas.

In the smart phone section they surely are the main player. There are other fields where it's interesting with NUI: media centers, tablets, ticket machines (at the cinema, train station, etc)..

It's another kind of design philosophy when creating user interfaces for non-desktop computer devices (say smart phones and things like Microsoft Surface). For starter you can always check out Wikipedias page about NUI: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Natural_user_interface
