Har skrivit ett inlägg om hur vi använder S3 på Pusha:

S3 Con: There is no good way to gzip your content with S3 :(

Sounds great! I'm looking forward to it! :)

I really miss a feature like symlinking, especially to make it work nice together with cloudfront. But I guess I have to live without. Think i know how we are going to version our files now.

I'll soon make some files on qvaq load from s3.

What I wonder is why they made CloudFront as a separate service instead of just being a bucket-parameter (should the bucket be distributed or not)

  13. murtlest murtlest 2009-08-12 17:36

Yes, finally got CloudFront to work, it took over 1 hour for my distribytion to deploy, not a few minutes as it says in the documentation.

This was a good tutorial though:

Not really amazed by amazons crappy php-documentation.
